Enjoy a simple yet satisfying lunch with our easy-to-make mackerel pâté paired with tangy beetroot kimchi and crisp rocket salad.
Ingredients
250g - 300g ready-to-eat smoked mackerel fillets
165g crème fraiche
1 lemon, zested and juiced
1 tbsp horseradish sauce
pinch of cayenne (optional)
Add all ingredients to a food processor, until thoroughly mixed
Serve on sour dough toast, with bitter leaves, and beetroot kimchi (from Waitrose)
