Meet Jane

A Registered Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and a member of the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT) and the Complementary & Healthcare Council (CNHC).
I assist individuals in navigating the challenges of midlife by investigating the root causes of imbalances. My support includes guidance to make practical dietary changes and lifestyle modifications, with the goal of addressing deficiencies and optimising the body's functioning, through personalised nutrition, functional testing, and lifestyle programmes.

My role is to support you in making positive changes to your daily life, guiding you step by step.
