My Story
As a Nutritional Therapist, I am deeply passionate about helping individuals achieve optimal health and nutrition

PMS and the rollercoaster of perimenopause have been part of my story for decades. They’ve tested me, taught me, and ultimately sparked my mission to understand women’s health in a way that goes far beyond quick fixes.
My journey began back in 1999, when I picked up The Optimal Nutrition Bible by Patrick Holford. That single book opened my eyes to the incredible power food has to influence our bodies and the fascinating science behind it.

Outside my work, I’m happiest when I’m moving and connecting with the world around me, whether that’s running along a trail, hiking in the hills, plunging into a cold shower, or simply standing among trees and breathing in the stillness of nature.
Today, I help women just like you navigate hormonal changes with confidence, energy, and ease. You deserve to feel at home in your body again, and I’m here to guide, empower and support you every step of the way.
