My Story

As a Nutritional Therapist, I am deeply passionate about helping individuals achieve optimal health and nutrition

I specialise in Functional Nutrition, supporting busy women in midlife to embrace healthier, more joyful lives. My focus is on enhancing gut health, balancing hormones, and addressing persistent weight challenges. Hormonal imbalances have played a huge role, significantly influencing, and shaping various aspects of my life. Throughout these phases, I have continued educating myself about women's health through continuous research, education and proactive healthcare.

My food and lifestyle choices have played a crucial role in balancing my hormones, managing stress, improving sleep, and enhancing overall well-being. Throughout my own journey, I've curated a "toolbox" of health initiatives and ideas, adopting a holistic approach to discover and maintain my own sense of balance.

I am deeply passionate and dedicated, not only to my own well-being but also to supporting and assisting others who may find themselves on a similar journey. Offering a helping hand and a listening ear can make a significant difference in someone else's journey towards health and balance.

Given the right tools, the body has an amazing capacity to heal itself and always seems to be striving for balance. By giving the body the right support in the form of wholefood and lifestyle interventions, those changes can go a long way towards putting hormones and health back into balance.
