Mango and Chia Seed Pudding

Indulge in the delightful flavours of our Mango Coconut Chia Pudding crafted from a blend of creamy coconut milk, almond milk, nutrient-rich chia seeds, luscious shreds of coconut, and sweet mango. Whether enjoyed as a nourishing breakfast, satisfying snack, or delectable dessert, this treat is packed with protein, fibre, and omega-3 goodness to fuel your day.


  • 1/2 cup  coconut milk

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 3/4 cup fresh ripe mango, diced

  • 4 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp  shredded coconut


Combine all ingredients in a large container.

Mix well and let it sit 30 minutes, then mix again.

Refrigerate overnight or at least 5-6 hours, until the seeds expand and thicken.
