As a Nutritional Therapist specialising in midlife health, I offer personalised nutrition support built around you and your lifestyle to optimise your health during this phase. My focus, using the Functional Medicine model, is on providing practical support to individuals, with the goal of inspiring, encouraging, and guiding them toward a happier, healthier, and more fulfilled life.

Meet Jane

DipION RCNHC MBANT

I am a Registered Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and a member of the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT) and the Complementary & Healthcare Council (CNHC).

I assist individuals in navigating the challenges of midlife by investigating the root causes of imbalances. My support includes guidance to make practical dietary changes and lifestyle modifications, with the goal of addressing deficiencies and optimising the body's functioning, through personalised nutrition, functional testing, and lifestyle programmes.
